Our Facilities

Puresaiens operates an integrated manufacturing and processing facility in Sanchore, Rajasthan, developed to support the processing of food products under structured food safety and quality management systems. The facility spans over 100,000 sq. ft., with 45,000 sq. ft. dedicated exclusively to processing operations. The processing area is designed in accordance with hygienic design principles, featuring defined zoning, controlled access, and planned material and personnel flow to minimize contamination risks and support compliance with BRCGS Food Safety Standard requirements. The infrastructure enables effective segregation of raw materials, in-process areas, and finished goods while maintaining scalability without compromising food safety controls.

Processing activities are carried out through validated, sequential workflows that include cleaning, grading, specialized treatment processes, controlled drying, grinding, and packing, each governed by documented procedures and monitored operational parameters. The facility is engineered to manage varying product risk profiles, with emphasis on moisture control, dust management, cross-contamination prevention, and full traceability. This infrastructure supports consistent product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, ensuring readiness for third-party audits and alignment with domestic and international market requirements.
