Puresaiens operates an integrated quinoa processing facility in Sanchore, Rajasthan, spanning 121,968 sq. ft. of total site area, with approximately 70,000 sq. ft. allocated to quinoa-related operations. The infrastructure combines specialized saponin removal, cleaning, grading, managed drying, storage and packing within a coordinated operational environment. Dedicated covered infrastructure supports raw-material handling, processing activities and finished-goods storage, while designated outdoor areas facilitate managed drying and other post-harvest operations.

Our facility is structured to support efficient material movement, hygienic handling, segregation of raw materials and finished products, and lot-wise traceability throughout the processing cycle. With a processing capability of 30 MT per day, the infrastructure supports commercial-scale quinoa preparation and bulk ingredient supply. Emphasis is placed on defined processing controls, product consistency and quality management to meet applicable food-safety requirements and agreed buyer specifications across domestic and international markets.
